The production process for our furniture begins with the processing of raw teak boards. The materials then go through various steps that are crucial for the quality and durability of our furniture:

Drying: First, the wooden boards are dried in the fresh air, followed by special drying systems.
Cutting: A rough cut is made, followed by a fine cut.
Milling: Grooves and tenons are precisely milled to ensure permanent and stable connections.
Accuracy of fit: Each individual part is checked for accuracy of fit.
Sanding: The first sanding step takes place, followed by the assembly of the individual parts.
Quality control: The first check is carried out.
Further grinding: A second grinding pass is carried out, followed by another inspection.
Fine sanding: Up to three additional sanding passes are carried out to ensure a flawless surface.
Final inspection: Finally, the final quality control is carried out.

All these steps are carried out in the same factory, which allows us to ensure strict quality controls and effective quality management. Each carpentry workshop is fully responsible for producing defect-free pieces of furniture.

After these production steps have been completed, the furniture is transported to our distribution warehouse in Jepara. Here, another thorough inspection is carried out and the surfaces of the furniture are given the final touches. Only at this point do they meet our quality standards and shine in their characteristic honey-colored shine without any additional treatment.

Finally, the furniture is carefully packed in sturdy double boxes and loaded into containers for shipping.

Installation by means of tongue and groove

Clean grooving and tenoning is one of the most important criteria for the quality of the workmanship and the long-term durability of the furniture. This construction principle also makes it possible to pack very bulky furniture, such as extendable tables, flat. This makes transport to the customer much easier and ensures problem-free assembly once the furniture arrives. Furthermore, defective parts can be replaced without difficulty during production because the connections are always milled in the same place.

Thanks to the tongue and tenon construction, the furniture can be put together like a modular system during final assembly and then permanently and heavily connected using the wooden dowels or brass screws provided.
Ready for delivery

After the final inspection and the finishing touches, the furniture is carefully packed in double boxes and secured with packing straps. Packed like this, it then waits to be transported to the port and loaded into the container. This ensures that nothing can happen to it on the long sea transport from Indonesia to Germany.
